  • Worktop from AISI 304 stainless steel of 20/10 thickness, front and side panels from AISI 304 stainless steel and Scotch Brite finishing. Incoloy stainless steel resistances with large circular section. Control for the power supply regulation with pilot light. Tank to contain water below the cooking zone, made in stainless steel and with rounded edges. Load water tap with control on the front panel and overflow in the tank. Rotation system of resistances to make cleaning operation easier. Blued steel grid with circular section and large diameter. Two zones with separate controls for an independent and perfect regulation of temperature.
