Tubular burners with self-stabilized flame of a large surface for a greater uniformity of heat distribution. Valve with 60?C - 300? C thermostatic control for a precise and safe regulation. Pilot flame and thermocouple safety valve. Piezoelectric ignition with rubber protection. Smooth plate occupying the entire worktop surface of high thickness and flush splashguard. Hard chrome coating that makes the surface bright and easy to clean, with a low level of heat irradiation to guarantee higher comfort to the operator. Slightly inclined cooking surface with a large drain hole and conveyor to a proper sealed container. Large compartment completely in steel.
