Central cast iron burner with optimized combustion, 13 kW maximum power with thermocouple safety valve and protected pilot flame. Piezoelectric ignition and coating of the combustion chamber from vermiculite, a high performance insulating material. Steel plate of high thickness and differentiated thermal areas: maximum temperature at the centre, decreasing to the edges. Cast iron burners with thermocouple safety valve and protected pilot flame, with regulation up to 6 Kw on the 108 mm version and regulation up to 9 kW on the 130 mm version. High resistance and double-pressed handles from AISI 304 stainless steel of 20/10 thickness. Pressed trays from AISI 304 stainless steel.
